Foot Treatment

Who am I?

My name is Suzanne Bartram, a Foot Health Practitioner based in Halesowen providing foot care in the home to people in Halesowen, Stourbridge, Dudley, Wolverhampton and the surrounding area, together with the service to care homes and similar.

I provide a free consultation and assessment on your first visit, advising on treatment required and any ongoing treatments thereafter, together with self help and maintenance for management in between appointments. For example, painful corns, hard skin or ingrown toenails will be treated on your first appointment and advice will be given as to how many treatments are needed with instructions for control of symptoms.

My goal is to meet and exceed the expectations of every patient and encourage feedback from all customers. A book of handwritten testimonials is available for anyone to view at my clinic .

For less able and elderly patients I provide a home visiting service if required.

Foot Health Practitioners are members of an Accredited Voluntary Register (The Alliance Voluntary Register) that has been independently vetted by and approved by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care (PSA). The PSA (an independent government appointed body) developed a system by which professional voluntary registers that meet defined standards of good practice and governance can be accredited.  Membership of an accredited register demonstrates to the public, commissioners of services and employers that the member on the register meets the set standards.

The PSA  accredits voluntary and statutory registers of people working in a variety of health and social care organisations, such as the ‘HCPC’ (originally the HPC) who regulate Podiatrists/Chiropodists, the ‘GOsC’, the ‘NMC’ and many more.  In total, the 9 regulators, register and regulate approximately 1.3 million health and care professionals working across the UK in 32 different health and care professions.
